Blomp’s public support forum was outdated and poorly structured, affecting both customer experience and brand trust. A full redesign was needed to improve usability, brand alignment, and issue resolution speed.
My Contribution:

Initiated and led the complete revamp of Blomp’s support forum

Created the structure, user flow, and tone for the updated forum experience

Managed the designer and web developer: assigned tasks, provided feedback, tested drafts

Rewrote help topics, cleaned outdated threads, and reorganized categories for easier navigation

Ensured the final design aligned with brand visuals and was mobile-optimized
