Project Overview:

Blomp needed to build engaging how-to videos for its cloud storage platform and expand its adventure-themed YouTube channel. The team included freelance editors and writers, and required centralized creative direction, quality control, and project flow management.

My Contribution:

  • Led creative operations for two distinct video pipelines: technical tutorials and brand storytelling

  • Reviewed editor outputs, suggested visual and narrative improvements, and ensured content matched brand tone

  • Wrote video scripts for how-to tutorials and general storytelling

  • Created and managed editorial calendars to keep production on schedule

  • Assigned work to video editors and checked final cuts for pacing, clarity, and alignment

  • Ensured brand consistency across thumbnails, visuals, and messaging

  • Gave ongoing creative feedback to improve storytelling quality and viewer retention
