Project Overview:
My Local Ads manages digital marketing for small businesses, including Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (GLSA). As new clients joined, their setup required detailed technical onboarding and follow-up monitoring. The company also needed web QA support to ensure client sites were functioning as expected post-design.
My Contribution:

Set up client accounts on Go High Level (GHL) and created corresponding Google Ads + GLSA profiles

Ensured all onboarding requirements (business licenses, insurance, photos, etc.) were collected and submitted

Monitored ad accounts weekly for issues such as underperformance, certificate expirations, or policy flags

Followed up with clients to provide missing compliance documents or content

Coordinated with web designers and tested client websites to ensure functionality, mobile responsiveness, and content accuracy

Flagged poor-performing accounts for deeper analysis by the ad team
